On either Oct 15 or 16th, 2011 (I was out of town for the weekend), this picture arrived, along with a nice note from her assistant. (Note is on flip side of smaller card with envelope.):

Congrats! Is it authentic?

First, I contacted her by email through her website. her assistant replied almost immediately and stated that due to Ms. Mirren's hectic schedule she could not personalize items but that she does pre-sign pictures to have on hand for her fan's request.

This is more then likely fake. Was just a waste of money mailing to them. I emailed them as well and I got the same message from someone from her Fan Club. I wouldn't trust any Fan Club to send out real signed pictures of a celebrity after the John Travolta photos failing JSA Authentication incident. Proof that all his pictures people sent to that address were fake cause they matched each other exactly.

Believe what you will. Totally of no interest to me. Doesn't put a damper on my success. Try positive thinkin', it may be of some benefit to you.
