Recieved: VHS Cover signed in a different envelope. I provided an envelope big enough for the whole cover to be be sent without being folded or cut down. The envelope they sent it in was so small that the cover was cut up and folded in several spots.
. I don't know why he changed envelopes, I know I over paid on return postage.
