I sent it on 02/09/2011 and it arrived back on 09/09/2011. I recived a signed photo and a letter back. Very quick response. Hope this helps!

Really pleased as well ! Received my 2 pics + CD cover back from Eliza yesterday and she also included a short letter. Can't remember the exact date I sent them to her but it took about 5 weeks to get them back.
