Carrot Top PP Failure

This is the first PP I've ever received and it's from Carrot Top of all people.

6-3-11 Sent: LOR, SASE and 8x10

8-22-11 Received: His own PP. Someone wrote "To Tim Rock On!" but I highly doubt it was Carrot Top.

I asked here on the forums and never got an answer. I checked the Luxor website and their parent company website and couldn't find a single email address. I'll probably just send a pic to the Luxor and hope for the best.
