I wrote to Mr.Voight back in early april and i sent a letter,sase and 2 index cards and in my letter i had mentioned how my father passed away in february of this year and how hard it was to deal with,To be honest writing these letters helped me take my mind off of it. Anyways today i got back my 2 index cards signed and he also included a nice B&W 8X10 Photo with a nice inscription that reads " I know your dad is watching over and is proud of you " What a kind thing to say,Jon Voight is a great guy and so good to his fans... He even paid the postage and supplied the larger envelope. I used the crystal sky address.

Fanmail

I am from Israel originally and lives in Uk .
My family goes back in history till 1184 , and we have our properties in israel , but I see myself as a christian Palestenian although I have the Israeli Passport.
Living in Europe as a refugee is no fun, but at least no one questions my christianity or my origin..and the israelies does it all the time.
this guy Jon Voight visits Israel funded by crazy right wing religious group called habbad and he is going there to show the world how the israelies are suffering
i suggest that he goes back home and mind his business, get his daughter out of her drugs problems, and just leave the area alone.
We the christian Palestenians lost our country because of those crazy right wing christians in texas and people like this so called actor...
go home..we dont need you there, and you are not welcomed.

In case you didn't notice, this is a forum for people to share and discuss their autograph success's and failures. NO BODY here cares to hear your dumb little religious rant and your BS story about how actor's and "people from texas" ruined your country. And FYI, I'm a christian too, but Israel has LONG been a Jewish state, long before your family from 1,000 years ago was ever there, and WAY longer then the U.S. has been around. If living in europe as a refugee is no fun maybe you should leave and go back to isreal yourself. You have no right saying he is not welcome when you dont even live there yourself.I am sure lots of people in europe feel the same way about you and wish you would go home to isreal so stop posting political or religous crap like this on my posting and on this site that is for fanmail and i dont care about anything you said and i happen to like jon voight and i think hes a great actor.
