Don't recall the exact send date; early May, 2011 by my estimates. Received June 27, 2011...

Sent SASE, long letter and one 8x10" photo to address on site:

Congrats on your success. Looks like you're going for multiple ST actors. I got two signed by John a while ago, same Voyager pic and a Stargate shot. He's great to his fans.
