My guess is that it is a pp as that is all his office is sending out. I even wrote to his personal asst. because we wanted to do something special for a family member but all we got back was the usual standard pp picture.

No, it's an authentic signed bookplate. The picture wasn't with the bookplate. I just added it for my website.
