Mailed to Cleveland Indians first baseman Matt LaPorta (currently injured) June 6, 2011 @ Cleveland Indians / Progressive Field / 2401 Ontario Street / Cleveland, OH 44115. Included current year (2011) baseball card & SASE.
Rcv'd June 24, 2011 in my SASE (SASE had 22 JUN Cleveland Oh postmark) my signed baseball card. Mr. LaPorta also kindly included 2 additional signed cards (2010 & 2007 'just rookies'). Just another example of why my family and I remain loyal Tribe fans, even if we haven't lived in the area for 25 years.
