SUITE 600 / NEW YORK, NY 10019. Included B/W 8x10 photo & SASE.
Rcv'd June 20, 2011 in my SASE (SASE had 17 JUN Morgan P&DC postmark) my signed and inscribed photo. I am very pleased with this one, Ms. King has long been an idol of mine and I don't know why I put off writing to her for so long.
Note: I neglected to write "photo do not bend" on SASE and letter carrier folded / bent the envelope to fit it in my box. The good news is that the bend / fold appears to be minor and there does not seem to be any permanent damage.
