Yes Jaffer she is so lovely, I could not believe she remembered my name & my letter when I met her at x factor. Yes her & Mel B aka Scary Spice are both mentors this season (Guy & Ronan are back like last year!)

I love it when celebs go that little extra mile for fans. It makes it that much easier to support them

From the audition we went to Mel B is the new "mean" judge!! Nat is just so nice & seems such a lovely genuine person thats why I sent her a gift (something I rarely do)

Hahah I can hardly see Mel B being as mean as Kyle was though. Natalie will be incapable of criticism hahaha

Mel B was pretty rough while we were there & almost embarrassed contestants & had the crowd laughing at them with her. Nat gave polite constructive crit but was very sweet & tactful!
