I sent Mark a email at this website
http://www.marksallingmusic.com/ like 3 months ago almost gave up hope of ever hearing from him but today I got his auto in the mail!

I just got mine today! I got 1 about a 2 month earlier and the envelope was empty... Also he signed ours with his full name instead of his initials i think. I'll compare it to mine later to see if they are different.
