Rcv'd May 28, 2011 in my SASE (SASE was returned with out postmark - had post office bar code tape on bottom) my signed and inscribed DVD insert / cover.

Cool, nice success! I thought he only signed through his London address. Especially now, since he's getting ready to start a play there. Might be easier to write to him than I thought. Do you have a scan/photo?
