I sent a LOR and SASE to Phil Neville via the Everton Fc address in the database, and today i got back a signed picture from him. I am not 100% sure if this is a Pre Print, if anyone can tell me that would be great.

Thats a pp im afraid, you will need to send items to Everton to sign them, but there a few people at Everton who don't reply authentically and you could end up with fake/sec autographs. Phil Neville, Tim Howard, Louis Saha, Mikel Arteta and a few others don't sign authentically via the club, so I would give these players a miss.
