Charles Francis Goggin (born July 7, 1945) is a former utility player in Major League Baseball who played with three teams from 1972 to 1974 and was a decorated Vietnam War veteran.
Goggin is a Vietnam War veteran who served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a radio operator and infantry platoon commander for the full 13 month tour in 1966 and 1967. He was awarded the Bronze Star, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry and the Purple Heart
