Cecil Grant Fielder (/ˈsɛsəl/; born September 21, 1963) is an American former professional baseball designated hitter and first baseman in Major League Baseball (MLB). Fielder was a power hitter in the 1980s and 1990s. Won a World Series while playing for the New York Yankees.
