They don't reply to emails they just send it.

Bill Gates didn't answer me until the fourth email attempt. As a huge Microsoft fan, I was overjoyed. I'm just shocked that it was shipped from the US in March 2020 and didn't arrive in Europe until November 2020.

Your was delayed because of the pandemic.
