In my experience PBJ offer different autos depending on the client, but they're not all autopen like Spanky Taylor. Some are pre-printed. Some are pre-signed.

I don't think they forward any mail, so questions are unlikely to be answered. They just keep stacks of pre-signed or pre-printed pictures in the office ready to send out. All are A5 sized with PBJ details printed on the reverse.
