I sent a request to Steve Martin on 12/3/21 and received this RTS today.

I used, the Only Murders in the Building Silvercup Studios address. 295 Locust Avenue, Bronx, NY 10454. I also sent another to Martin Short on the same day at that address. I figure that one will be RTS soon

This is what I heard as well... In fact, I heard Steve doesn't sign at ALL... Never say never though I guess.
