I sent a letter on address from official BVB site and after 19 days i received my letter back. The photo I had included came back signed. Inside I put also another envelope + 2 euro for stamp. The letter came to Poland, so 19 days are not too much.

Note on the official site of BVB says, that you can send a letter to any player directly, using this address. You have to just put the name of the player instead of "Marco Reus".
