Von Hayes Former MLB Fail, now charges $5/item

On 03/06/21 I sent a LOR, a SASE, and 1 card to Von Hayes P.O. Box 36 Clarinda, IA 51632. Card sent back unsigned and with a typed note stating that because of the high demand in requests, he now is charging $5 per item on 03/23/21.
