Looks like most of the other ones are presigned photos, this one is personalized according to my very heartfelt letter. Also seems to match a gift I got from the production crew with all the cast's autos a while back, but that was another story and not fanmail related.

What admin means is take a photo of the photo against the envelope with the stamp visible. Like so

You have to send him a photo and provide return postage. I think it's about £3.25 in english money to post from UK to France. Send some Euros so he can exchange them and get correct postage as IRCs aren't available anymore.
