So I resent this request again after my last post for Mr. Grubber. I used the address that the Admin had given me after my post.

I sent a few cards various brands (90's) he signed in BLACK ink with the number 17 on it.
The letter is postmarked Austin, TX Rio Grande District
The original request was sent in July 2019 then resent in August 2019. 6 months later. Major Success.
