Sir Ian McKellen - Success

Sent a letter and Gandalf photo to Sir Ian on 5th Feb 2020 and received back via my SAE today (20 Feb) - fantastic! In my letter I said that my partner and I were due to get married in May and that we'd love an autographed photo that we could put in the wedding album - and now we do! Very happy :-) used the Independent Talent Group postal address. Thank you!

do you know what this sign means next to the signatur in the form of a letter "F" ?

It is the Dwarvish "G" rune, that Gandalf uses in the movies and the books as a kind of signature
A quick note: If I get a letter in response as well, I don't post that I did! I don't know if the senders would appreciate it, so I don't post letter successes. Preprinted letters or Secretarial letters don't count though. I do post those.

I've always thought it was cool when people drew little pictures, or do goofy things like Geoffrey Rush does!
