Got response 5/11/19 (16 days), both cards returned, signed in black marker. I've seen several different addresses for him in Ft. Scott, KS, and multiple successes at different addresses, so...this was the one that worked for me, but it looks like there are others. I also have no idea why it's postmarked West Palm Beach, FL.
