What happened with the old P.O. Box is that she had set up a forwarding service with USPS for a temporary stint to mail all mail received at her old one to her new P.O. Box. The period ended, so that's why you got a RTS. I had the same problem so I wrote to this P.O. Box and she explained to me what happened. She did though say that sometimes it takes a while for responses, due to how busy she is with her normal job and the Wrestling School she trains at. She also gave me the Wrestling School's Address, as sometimes she responds there.

Unless I'm misinterpreting the situation, when your first request got RTS, it did not ever reach her new p.o. box. I would send it to this address first before the wrestling school, as she occasionally teaches there. Apologies if you did send it to this address.
