Honorable Tom Ridge from Pennsylvania Success!

Honorable Tom Ridge served as 43rd Governor of Pennsylvania from 1995-2001 and as 1st U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security from 2003-2005. Also he is a moderate Republican.
