Patty Kim became the first Korean American to serve in the Pennsylvania state legislature since January 2013. She is a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representative from the 103rd District since January 2013. On 6/19/2018 I mailed a letter explaining how I find State Representative Patty Kim's work to be very inspiring to me at:
