Wasn’t expecting this! Sent a LOR, a SASE and a photo to James and Oliver Phelps on 8/8/2017 using the JOP Project address in the database, but after people started reporting RTS for that address recently I didn’t think I would get a reply. But I received my photo back signed and personalised today.

I received my photo back signed today also. I sent my in August like you, so we must have been incredibly lucky to catch them before the address was no longer valid. I had also given up hope but I'm so grateful!
