i used the address in the database:

Nina Agdal
IMG Models N.Y.
304 Park Avenue South
Penthouse North
New York, NY 10010-4301

i received a letter with 4 "return to sender, no longer a client" stickers over the address (it was covering the address, so a picture would not help)

any idea of another address to try?
