So sorry to hear that but at the same time it baffles me, I used that one a while back and I had no issue. That goes over my head. Maybe he's either decided not to sign anymore or I heard tell that he's beginning to suffer from memory problems so he may be moving to a care center. Either way it's sad on both sides. Sorry about you're RTS.
