He doesn't live at this address anymore. You sure this is still a legitimate address? Not questioning your success bc I'm not an "expert" but just want to make sure this isn't a "ghost" signature.

I didn't know that. Hopefully he had a forwarding order or something like that. I sent to the same address last year and never heard back, even an RTS.
