Sometime last month I sent a request to Mr. St. Esprit at:

750 North San Vicente Blvd.
East Tower
11th Floor
Los Angeles, CA 90069

Today, 8/21, my letter was returned. It had actually been forwarded to: 8414 Kirkwood Dr. Los Angeles, CA, 90046, before being stamped RTS, unable to forward.

Someone took the time to handwrite Not At This Address along with a forwarding address, so I don't see how sending it to the same place would do any good.
