I emailed his secretary and asked if he would be able to personalize a copy of his book that I own. Within 24 hours I had a response back indicating she would approach him with it and I would hear back within 4 weeks.

4 weeks to the date I had my response; he would be happy to sign and personalize it. Off to Liechtenstein with the book, and voila!
