Have to disagree, you can print a PP yourself off your own computer. Should that be your thing.

No at least Daniel makes an effort to send things back to his fans & It's exciting to get an envelope in the mail even if it is a pp more exciting than getting it off the computer is call it a success

I feel I have to clarify this... you understand that Dan Radcliffe has NOTHING to do with this response. He never sees letters sent to that address, and your response comes from a staff member at ARG. I don't like bursting bubbles, but I am sorry, there is no way this is a success in any way shape or form.

Is it on photo paper or regular printer paper? it's just there seems to be a tea stain on the corner and I'm not sure it would damage photo paper like that.

Looks like the whole item is heavily damaged in transit, but it will be on photo paper, all Dan's PPs are.

I 'm sorry, it seem to most people on the definition of "success" is not the same,
the majority of people think " success " means " autograph ",
unfortunately I thought it was " reply something";
fanmail is just a hobby for me, feel happy yourself is the most important,
since so many people are opposed to it is a "success ", so I put it into a " come back ".

Omg honestly all Daniel sends out is PP's....has throughout his entire HP career and still does today.
We all know this....no need to point it out.

Quite frankly, if it's a PP or Authentic, I consider it a success, after all, you got something back. It may not be considered a full success, but it is a success of some sort. People have different opinions on this matter, and thats fair enough, sometimes though I wish people could keep their opinions to themselves. The person who received the PP knew it was a preprint..at least they weren't claiming it to be real when it clearly isn't.

Thats another point, Autograph collecting should be fun :/ I don't see why people have to be so rude a lot of the time. You're among people who share the same hobby as you, sure, some may be newbies at it and not know much about it, but even so...

It's not about being rude, but then if you have your opinion I have mine.

For me this is not a success for the two reasons pointed out...

1... It's not a signature, and it's something you could print yourself
2... It's nothing to do with Dan, the letter didn't get to him, he didn't see it, and most likely a work experience kid put the photo in the SASE

I understand in the cases where no one knows if a PP will come back that a chance is taken, but I honestly don't see why people waste money sending to someone they know will 100% send one back. If you're playing the "fanmail" angle, then fine it's a response, but the purpose of fanmail is that the letter gets to the person you're writing to. We all know these don't. As Dan signs VV, it's a mystery to me why anyone uses the ARG address.
