In actual fact, Independent are one of the best at letting you know clients are not with them, and always (in my experience) return items, often at their own cost.

To suggest the person replying is in the wrong for writing that Kate is not with Independent is stupid, if she is not with them then that is what it states. There were failures coming from this address from August last year, with precisely that same information. You live and learn in this game, and sometimes you send to the wrong address, but the joy of using a free website like this is that you don't always get the most up to date info.

"Kate is not with Independent." This doesn't say she was never with them. It says she is not with them. Why do people look too much into everything? Even the admin gave a new address. So move on....
