Writing her name on a picture doesn't really define if she's "good" or not to her fans. She's about the most famous woman in the world. She must recieve thousand of letters and requests... There's no way she could go through it all on top of her already very busy schedule. From what I've heard, she's great in real life, and a very generous woman. Despite the fact she doesn't sign ttm doesn't necessarily make her bad to the fans
