Rico Petrocelli Failure

I sent a baseball card to:

Rico Petrocelli
99 Lund Rd
Nashua, NH 03060-4234

My card came back unsigned with a typed form slip that thanked me for my autograph request, but said that he wouldn't sign any longer because of the "improper use of the autographs."

I assume this has something to do with the out-of-controll eBayers. Geez.
