Pre signed means the signature is real and she signed a stack at a time, may have not read your letter, but the signature is legit. A pre-print is when the "autograph" is part of the photo and there's no real ink. What you have is a pre-signed.

Hold the area where the autograph is to a strong light source,if the area where the autograph is reflects light differently to the rest then the signature is not a pre-print.The ink looks as though it is changing colour - e.g from black to grey or from blue to purple.

It's pre signed. I held it up to the light and the name changes colors, also I could see an indent where the T is crossed.

I assumed it was pre print when I received it, but I did shine light on it and could see colors change in the signature. It's probably just a pre print though like you said.
