NCIS Cast

My friend is a huge fan of NCIS, so almost a month ago I sent an email and today I got this picture. I hope she'll be happy :) They say it's a presigned photo, but I think it's a preprint. What do you think? All comments are welcome :)

Sadly the other post also confirmed these are PPs, as NCIS have done for a LONG time via their email address. The word "presigned" is a little misleading, though I doubt intentional.
