Sent LOR ,SAE, 2 Photos and $2 for postage (He used my $2 for postage)
Sent 19 Feb received 24 March
I don't know but if this is true but I did read somewhere when there is a message / quote on the photo it means that its authentic.

Thanks I have had a look and indeed they seem similar .
I used the address in the database and in the LOR I talked about the impact he had in my childhood .
