Hey I was just wondering, if you live in the UK Scotland, and you wanna send
Cameron Boyce a letter... would you need to buy the American Stamps to then send it to him in the USA
I didn't really get it but I'm a huge fan but my mum said no to buying the stamps, reply! {up} :D
