Don't trust it. Obviously they did something wrong because they have deleted everything and have decided to leave fanmailbiz.com. That sparks suspicion already. I second dancingirl1's opinion. He'll just ,ake an alternate account. I think it best to go through with the reports (your state and fanmailbiz). It'll make sure he'll never do anything of that sort again.
