Pre- Match.
So, Newcastle. The Geordies. The best team in the Championship. With a chance of Posh being relegated and Newcastle being Promoted we came in this game with no hope at all and hoping not to get thrashed, I arrived early with the remaining photos from the league tie from earlier this season, including Joey Barton, Alan Smith, Gutierrez and Collocini. The Feordies were already there, loud and clear, as I watched them, I could see how happy they were it was very weird seeing this, anyway, as they flooded in so did the Posh fans as well as the football league show presenter Mark Clemmit who was interviewing both Posh and Newcastle fans, I quickly went over to get my programme signed, he asked me a few questions in front of the camera, unfortunately it wasn't on the show

The Match.
As I got in the stadium it was already half full, an hour before kick off. The Geordies were in and were loud, very loud some of the loudest this season. As 3 O'clock came I was surprised as t how many Newcastle fans there were, over 4,500 were here. Amazing. They were loud, amazingly loud and their fans were amazing. I have to say, I was jealous, seeing our fans trying to keep up with the noise. Anyway to the match, and we started well, very well and before long we had scored, Dominic Green scoring from a mistake by the keeper Steve Harper, although we had scored, I still honestly believed we would lose and just before half time they had equalised with a goal from Nolan although I think it could of been an own goal. The Geordies were back to their loudest. It was no real surprise to us so we just kept on playing. That first half was one of our best and we played some amazing football. Second half and before I knew it Newcastle were 3-1 up with goals from the thug Barton and Ameobi where Lewis was at fault. As the stadium learnt of Bristol City's goal against Forest, the Geordies went crazy with some very loud chants but it wasn't over, the Posh still looked dangerous and we scored to make it 3-2, what a game, we had a few more chances but we couldn't equalise and the Geordies were very good, although their team didn't look that good. We made a great account of ourselves, I left int he 90th minute to make sure I got a decent place at the bus.
Post-Match.
As I got to the bus, to my surprise again, the front row had been taken. I waited for the players and soon enough they started coming with most of them signing. Alan Smith was one of the first to come and he signed both of my photos, Nolan, Krul, Best all signed, Butt and Harper didn't as well as Guthrie, I was pisssed off as Butt said he would as he got on the bus. Then Collocini and Gutierrez came, I was excited as they were the ones I wanted most, they both signed but both refused to sign my photos, which really peed me off, Collocini especially as he was right in front of me. Oh well, then Barton came, he signed both my photos which is nice of him, Jose Enrique also signed my photo. Then to my surprise, Mike Ashley came out the door, to the voices of boos from the Newcastle supporters. I went over to him and he signed for me, although he didn't want to stop so I had to walk with him. Chuffed with that success. Hughton was last and when he came out he signed my programme. Waited for Gannon after Newcastle left who signed my photo.
Overall, a great day although I was dissapointed I missed Collocini, Gutierrez and Butt but the success of Mike Ashley was great.
