So this definitely does begin filming this month. On a site though I just found the dates are February 26- Late April 2007. Basically, I think if you send by the end of February your letter will be fine.

Does anyone have any more information on this?

IMDB says it's filming but it's been in production since late last year so I'm not so sure.

There is now a completely new cast led by Brittany Snow.

I dunno I'm new at this but I've found articles talking about it starting this week because of the cast change. I saw an interview posted with Britney Snow and she said it started next week and that was on June 21. So I don't know it that helps, but that's what I found.
