One more thing whenever you pay for anything through paypal that isn't through ebay but just you paying someone direct with paypal for a item like a signed photo from somebody on here or something always write that it is for goods and not a gift or anything else and in the comment box write that it is payment for a EXAMPLE: "payment for a john smith autographed photo" That way if you have to file a claim you have proof with paypal as to what you actually were paying the person for otherwise he could just say no his payment was a gift or for some kind of services or anything really.

People work and their schedules get very busy! If I was trying to scam you then I would not have replied to every single one of your constant messaging everyday!

I think everyone agrees Simon has been very patient and given u loads of chances to sort this out [nearly 3wks] most people of reported you to Paypal and to fanmail by now but he is being very nice about this and giving you the chance to sort this out. Ok...Been 2 the Police today and they took a statement and all the Evidence i had. They suggested i contact PAYPAL for a refund (which ive done), i was given a crime Ref Number. If they refund me i can drop the Case against them.

Ive also recvd 3 emails today from 3 different users on EBAY whom have all bought Autographs off this BATMANFOREVER whose Account is under "entmemorabillia" they have all said the same story..Paid him but didnt get the Items, when emailing them they were Difficult or didn't reply back. 1 Buyer was told the items were sent but when he didn't recv them BATMANFOREVER/Entmemorabillia said he didn't send them as Paypal held hold of the Payment which was Lies.

Its Clear this person likes 2 Rip off people but like i said i am going 2 make it my Job 2 track the Identity off this person Down (ive been told he lives in Northampton) if it takes me Years.

If you have been conned by this person and u used PAYPAL please Email the CEO cameron.mclean@paypal.com and please report them even if u got a refund because they can remove their account.

You're sharing my personal details with people? I think you'll find that's a crime in itself.

If you would actually answer one of my posts properly rather than spewing out insults then this could have been settled already.
