I sent a letter and a picture for Cher to sign Nov 8/17 to the address below and my picture along with 2 other pictures of Cher
where returned to me, but none of them have been signed, There was no explanation why. Has anyone else had this problem?
Where they just overlooked and should I resend again to this address?
I would appreciate your help
