I want to send to Vlad and Hideki Matsui among others. They are free agents. Where would i send them to. Would their last year team forward it to them? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

In all honesty, you really can't send to them until they find a new team..

Occasionally an old team will forward the mail to them or it gets to them if their new team plays their old team...but the chances of that happening are slim. I'd wait until they signed with someone else.
