I got the opportunity to meet William Shatner and purchase his autograph at Megacon Tampa Bay yesterday! It was my first ever convention and I couldn't pass up the opportunity as I'm a huge fan of The Twilight Zone and his episodes in particular. He spent quite a lot more time with the two older people ahead of me in line (I'm only 21 so I suppose we didn't have a ton to talk about), but he called me beautiful so that combined with the autograph was more than worth it.

Nice, he also lowered his price. Last year at Wizard World Tulsa he was $100 which was a little to much for me to pay

That's good to hear! I actually thought even $80 was a little steep (I think he charged $25 on his website for TTM autographs until recently), but I guess I'm just used to getting autographs for free TTM too.

Yeah he's said on twitter now that any mail gotten from fans he tells his assistants to just send it back without even opening it.
