How come I can't upload a picture on here?

I am trying to sell some autographs and it wont allow me to upload a picture.

I just keep getting this message: Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.

What does that mean?

Could someone please help...it just won't allow me to attach any picture at all.

Thanks for any help. :D

If you cannot insert image, you can upload your pictures on imageshack. :)
