I went to the Orange and White game on March 31 and got autographs from many of the players, most of the RBs and receivers are here and the backup qbs

any idea if college players are typically allowed to sign ttm. I was told some dont. I called ohio state to ask and was told buy a secretary that they dont let their ahtletes sign due to eligiblity issues? I would really like to get some bama autographs and notre dame.

I dont think any of them are allowed to TTM, It would be too easy for someone to claim they charge for the autograph, which would be against NCAA rules
